About the Role
In the Strategic Accounts department, you will be responsible for the operational support of our key restaurant chains and accounts in Germany. This role focuses on serving and supporting partner restaurants through proactive communication and tailored solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiency of key partner strategies.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact partner restaurants to offer the best possible suggestions.
- Provide restaurant partners with excellent service and support for mutual growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all operational after-sales issues, ensuring partner satisfaction and proactive win-back when necessary.
- Coordinate administrative processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive automation.
- Contribute to the strategy of the Key Account Executive team, identifying structural bottlenecks and developing scalable solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex partner issues, mentor colleagues, and share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- Extensive customer-facing experience (e.g., Customer Service, Sales, Account Management).
- Strong communication skills and commercial instinct.
- Structured approach to managing tasks.
- High self-motivation and a structured way of working.
- Proven track record in process improvement.
- Proficiency in G-Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Salesforce.
- Resilience under pressure and a good sense of humor.
- Fluent German language skills.
- Good English language skills.
