About the Role
As a Flexible Assistant (m/w/d) in our Berlin store, you will personally and professionally advise customers in the premium segment, providing an exceptional shopping experience. You will represent our premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador, competently sell our collections, and build customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Representing our premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
- Competent sales of our collections
- Customer care and development of regular and new customers
- Independent work within your sales team
- Collaboration with the VM team and participation in merchandise presentation
- Cashier activities and complaint processing
Requirements
- Ideally, initial experience in textile retail
- High affinity for sales
- A motivating, self-confident personality and social skills
- Team spirit and a hands-on mentality
