About the Role

Associate Consultants are an integral part of project teams, gaining exposure to strategic business issues and in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry. This two-year rotational program is designed to build future leaders and accelerate careers by providing extensive training, mentorship, and exposure to various practice areas.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct secondary research using healthcare databases to inform analyses on drug pricing, clinical pipelines, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Design, develop, and utilize analytic tools to support key client decision-making.
  • Coordinate and conduct primary market research with physicians, patients, payers, and other key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Interpret, analyze, and synthesize clinical, scientific, and business data and research.
  • Present findings to project teams and clients.
  • Develop presentations and other outputs in collaboration with project teams for client deliverables.
  • Adapt to a variety of project types and evolving team dynamics in a rotational environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Interest in the Pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Trinity is unable to consider candidates requiring sponsorship for visas.

Skills

  • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated interest in developing quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly on the job.
