About the Role
The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN) is a leading national centre of excellence providing adult person-centred services for people with complex neuro-disabilities and their families. We strive to empower our residents and patients to live their lives to the fullest through the delivery of outstanding care, clinical expertise and world leading research. Our care provision spans the entire pathway from post-acute rehabilitation services to end of life care.
Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of daily living, including personal care, while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Work closely with residents to support all aspects of daily living, including personal care, while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Work closely with residents’ families, offering ongoing support, guidance, and reassurance.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience of working in a health or social care support role.
- Qualification to GCSE or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A good command of both written and spoken English.
- An ability to carry out manual handling tasks.
- Able to work flexible shift pattern including weekends and nights.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK.

Salary/Compensations
- £28,939 - £30,688 per annum
