About the Role

The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN) is a leading national centre of excellence providing adult person-centred services for people with complex neuro-disabilities and their families. Our care provision spans the entire pathway from post-acute rehabilitation services to end of life care.

Responsibilities

Support all aspects of daily living, including personal care, while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Work closely with residents’ families, offering ongoing support, guidance, and reassurance.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months experience of working in a health or social care support role.
Qualification to GCSE or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A good command of both written and spoken English.
An ability to carry out manual handling tasks.
Able to work flexible shift pattern including weekends and nights.
Right to Work in the UK.
Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
