About the Role

As the Master Scheduler, you will develop, maintain, and govern integrated schedules across multiple workstreams, supporting key strategic programs with a focus on AU and NZ Integration initiatives. This role is critical for ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution in a high-impact program environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Product Owners and delivery leads on a day-to-day basis
• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated program schedules
• Provide ongoing delivery schedule reporting and insights
• Identify, manage, and report on interdependencies across workstreams
• Create detailed release run-sheets for implementations and dress rehearsals
• Ensure schedule accuracy, alignment, and readiness across all phases of delivery

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Excel
• Proven experience working on large, complex programs or transformations
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, delivery-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Provide two references
