About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will provide an unparalleled shopping experience for customers looking to elevate their home decor, bedroom aesthetics, and sleep.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote quality products and service offerings.
- Ensure stores are visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment, and housekeeping.
- Collaborate with the sales team to exceed goals and expectations.
- Participate in visual directives for product launches, including setting displays, merchandising products, and maintaining pricing signage.
- Represent company values, focusing on customer, wellness, transparency, and sustainability.
- Communicate the brand story to customers.
- Create a comfortable environment for customers to experience products and learn about the brand.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Promote creativity and have fun.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail, and/or Customer Service is an asset but not mandatory.
- Passion for aesthetics and experience with home style and décor, design, and visual merchandising is an asset.
- A positive, optimistic attitude and strong customer focus.
- Ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
- Available to work any days, evenings, and weekends.
- Proven ability to exceed selling goals.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve independently.
- Driven to constantly improve oneself and the managed experience.
