About the Role

As a Microsoft Power Platform Project Manager/Project Leader and Implementation Consultant at DXC, a top-tier IT service provider, you will lead projects utilizing Power Platform products (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent, Power Pages). Your role will involve application development, consulting, and support, encompassing tasks from initial requirements gathering and design through to implementation, testing, migration, training, and post-launch operations.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead projects involving Power Platform products (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent, Power Pages).
Consult on Power Platform application development, implementation, and support.
Provide advisory services including citizen developer support, IT governance, rule establishment, assessments, security measures, design, environment setup, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical support for app development.
Implement Power Platform solutions for ERP integration (D365, SAP), application development, process automation, workflows, Power BI visualization, data integration, inter-system connectivity, and integration with Azure, Teams, and SharePoint.
Support operations by promoting citizen developer adoption, enhancing management, performing operational tasks, providing individual maintenance, and offering continuous improvement suggestions.
Execute tasks across the project lifecycle, including consulting, assessment, requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, migration, training, and post-go-live support and adoption.
Determine projects and tasks based on experience and career aspirations.

Requirements

Over 1 year of experience in requirements definition, development, and implementation for business application development projects using Power Platform.
Ability to communicate smoothly with related organizations, including clients, internal teams (including overseas), and partner companies.
