About the Role
Join our Finance team and take on a key role in shaping our group accounting and IFRS reporting landscape. You will take end-to-end ownership for selected group accounting topics, contributing to high-quality financial reporting and ensuring timely resolution of open issues across teams. Drive process improvements and collaborate with international stakeholders in a fast-growing, capital-market-oriented environment with the opportunity to contribute to a scalable, high-quality external reporting setup.
Responsibilities
- Drive and support the monthly group closing and consolidation process, ensuring high data quality and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain group accounting policies, ensure their consistent application, and prepare IFRS adjustments.
- Prepare and coordinate selected parts of the consolidated IFRS financial statements and act as key contact for auditors.
- Identify and implement improvements in group reporting, closing, and consolidation processes, including automation initiatives.
- Drive further finance transformation.
- Collaborate closely with international entities, ensuring alignment on reporting requirements and resolving open topics proactively.
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience in group accounting, IFRS reporting, or audit.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting in international environments.
- Hands-on experience with closing processes and exposure to consolidated financial statements.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Persistence and the ability to follow through on topics until resolution.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
