About the Role

Join our Finance team and take on a key role in shaping our group accounting and IFRS reporting landscape. You will take end-to-end ownership for selected group accounting topics, contributing to high-quality financial reporting and ensuring timely resolution of open issues across teams. Drive process improvements and collaborate with international stakeholders in a fast-growing, capital-market-oriented environment with the opportunity to contribute to a scalable, high-quality external reporting setup.

Responsibilities

Drive and support the monthly group closing and consolidation process, ensuring high data quality and timely delivery.
Develop and maintain group accounting policies, ensure their consistent application, and prepare IFRS adjustments.
Prepare and coordinate selected parts of the consolidated IFRS financial statements and act as key contact for auditors.
Identify and implement improvements in group reporting, closing, and consolidation processes, including automation initiatives.
Drive further finance transformation.
Collaborate closely with international entities, ensuring alignment on reporting requirements and resolving open topics proactively.

Requirements

Over 4 years of experience in group accounting, IFRS reporting, or audit.
Solid knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting in international environments.
Hands-on experience with closing processes and exposure to consolidated financial statements.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong ownership mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Persistence and the ability to follow through on topics until resolution.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
