About the Role

This role involves representing Galderma’s aesthetics portfolio, partnering with healthcare professionals (HCPs), clinic teams, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and internal stakeholders to deliver clinical training, support education programs, and enhance capability within the region. You will be a visible, hands-on clinical partner to practitioners, building their confidence and capability in aesthetic treatments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical education and training across Galderma’s Aesthetics portfolio within your region.
  • Support HCPs through clinical training, product education, workshops, and KOL-led events.
  • Provide clinical support at education sessions, Aesthetic Academy programs, forums, and industry workshops.
  • Partner with HCPs, KOLs, Key External Experts (KEEs), and clinic teams to build confidence and capability in safe, effective treatment delivery.
  • Support adverse event consultation and guidance in line with Galderma protocols.
  • Mentor National Contract Nurse Clinical Trainers and provide clinical input into training materials as needed.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure education is practical, compliant, and aligned to business priorities.

Requirements

  • Current Division 1 Registered Nurse qualification.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in cosmetic injecting, dermatology, plastics, or medical aesthetics.
  • Confidence delivering clinical education to HCPs, from beginner through to advanced aesthetic practitioners.
  • Strong clinical judgement across patient assessment, injectable treatment planning, delivery, evaluation, and documentation.
  • Experience supporting workshops, training sessions, clinical forums, or education programs.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with HCPs, clinic teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • A clear, confident, and professional communication style.
  • A strong understanding of compliance, clinical governance, and safe practice standards.
