About the Role
The Sales Systems Manager supports the daily operations of the sales technology ecosystem, primarily in Airtable. This role focuses on user management, data integrity, automation reliability, and process consistency. A key component involves designing and implementing a new ecosystem for Broadcast and Premiere talent vetting and post-sale operations within Airtable.
Responsibilities
- Process access requests and manage user permissions across iheart systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation failures within Airtable and related platforms.
- Track and respond to data cleanliness alerts, taking corrective action to maintain data standards.
- Perform ongoing cleanup of unused or outdated ecosystem elements.
- Maintain and update process maps to ensure system documentation remains current.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal users requiring support with sales systems and processes.
- Regularly review system logs, usage patterns, and data flows to identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Expertise with Airtable, including automation setup and troubleshooting, syncs, interfaces, and extensions.
- Proficiency with developer tools is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in customer or user support, ideally within a media operations environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across multiple systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team-wide processes.
- Familiarity with data management principles and best practices.
