This role involves working as an office leasing broker for domestic and international corporate clients, with opportunities for growth into a real estate consultant role by providing integrated solutions for client real estate challenges in collaboration with other departments and branches.

Responsibilities

Customer development and property selection/proposal according to customer needs, and negotiation of various conditions such as lease terms.
Gathering and introducing property information, conducting viewings, negotiating terms, and executing lease agreements.
Leasing management for entrusted properties.

Requirements

Real estate brokerage experience or corporate sales experience (2+ years)
Licensed Real Estate Transaction Agent qualification

Skills

English communication skills are a plus.
