About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a Clinical Specialist to be an integral member of our highly successful Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team, based in Sydney. This role is ideal for an individual with strong clinical experience in cardiac pacing devices, where your clinical guidance and technical expertise will drive business growth and deliver optimal customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies.
  • Provide technical in-services and presentations to customers to ensure the best possible outcomes and service.
  • Conduct on-site education and/or consulting.
  • Assist Territory Managers with after-hours on-call support.
  • Support sales & marketing programs with specific complimentary activities.
  • Participate in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales team to provide customer case and sales support.
  • Gather market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicate to relevant staff.
  • Identify and facilitate execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.
  • Monitor field inventory effectively and ensure appropriate levels relative to demand.
  • Support clinical study activities in conjunction with Territory Manager and the Clinical Research team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a clinical setting with cardiac pacing devices or cardiac sales.
  • A valid driver’s licence.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
  • Customer focused with an understanding and delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Solutions focused with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional presentation/presence.
  • Going into a healthcare setting is considered an essential function of the job and compliance with all credentialing requirements at the hospitals or clinics they support is expected.
