About the Role

Lead paid social for a major global jewellery brand in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering best-in-class social performance, driving innovation, and collaborating with global teams. The role offers global exposure, clear progression, and ownership. This role is based in Australia and involves close collaboration with a UK-based team, requiring some time zone flexibility while ensuring a sustainable workload.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end paid social strategy, activation & optimisation
  • Drive performance across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest
  • Drive creative testing, influencer integrations & platform innovation
  • Collaborate with global teams (AU + UK) to deliver seamless execution
  • Support cross-channel thinking across search & performance
  • Mentor junior team members and uplift social capability

Requirements

  • Established experience in paid social / performance media
  • Strong hands-on experience across Meta + other key social platforms
  • Exposure to eCommerce / retail environments preferred
  • Confident in optimisation, testing & performance storytelling
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones
  • Smartly knowledge will be advantageous
  • Experience with Smartly or similar tools a bonus
