About the Role

As a founding member of the Strategic Verticals product team, you will embed with strategic customers to translate their ambitions into AI solutions. You will act as a product leader, technical expert, and GTM strategist, owning customer success from initial concept to scaled deployment. Your role involves designing Proofs of Concept (PoCs), advising on model selection, benchmarking performance, navigating complexities, aligning stakeholders, and distilling customer insights to influence future product development.

Responsibilities

Be the product leader on critical lighthouse accounts, pushing the limits of GenAI.
Engage directly with AI Natives and large enterprises to understand their needs, goals, and requirements.
Co-architect solutions with Solutions Architects, Account Managers, and Engineering/Product teams.
Directly advise on customers’ long-term AI strategies.
Co-own the end-to-end customer journey, working across departments to convert interest into long-term usage.
Identify new collaboration opportunities and use cases within accounts.
Drive the product roadmap by translating customer requirements to engineering, ML, and product teams.

Requirements

Strong technical background (CS/EE or prior SWE experience).
Familiarity with LLMs, inference needs, and agents.
5+ years of experience as a product manager or SWE, at or above Senior PM/SWE level.
Experience with a developer-facing product is ideal.
Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and complex scenarios.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial sense of ownership and bias towards action.
Deep passion for creative problem solving and customer success.
Experience with LLM serving stacks (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, TGI) is preferred.
Interest in developer platforms and tooling is preferred.
MBA or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
