About the Role
Join a well-funded $4B frontier AI company building next-generation multimodal intelligence. As a contract technical sourcer, you will own top-of-funnel strategy for high-caliber engineering roles, working directly with leadership to identify and engage passive senior talent.
Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel sourcing for core engineering roles including product, infrastructure, inference, SRE, security, and data infrastructure
- Build targeted candidate lists and execute personalized outreach sequences
- Screen candidates for technical signal and role fit
- Prepare candidate summaries for hiring manager review
- Iterate on sourcing strategies based on shifting priorities
- Maintain clean pipeline data
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical sourcing experience with success at the Staff level and above
- Proven ability to engage passive senior engineering talent
- Experience operating in high-hiring-bar environments
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Available to start within 1-2 weeks
