About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who treats marketing as a set of experiments to run, not a calendar to fill. You are a true generalist, comfortable with brand and growth, and AI-native. This is a build-from-scratch role with real ownership, offering the freedom to try unconventional ideas.
Responsibilities
- Run a constant pipeline of growth experiments across paid, organic, referral, partnerships, and new channels.
- Identify acquisition angles and mechanics that compound over time.
- Instrument all experiments for clear reads and decisions.
- Transition growth from inbound to a deliberate, repeatable engine.
- Utilize AI tools and agents to accelerate marketing output.
- Build scalable marketing systems and workflows.
- Integrate emerging AI capabilities into marketing strategies.
- Contribute to building a distinctive brand across 01Health's verticals.
- Translate complex clinical and technical information into clear storytelling.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, style, and identity across all touchpoints.
- Create content including case studies, social media, video, email, and editorial.
- Own performance reporting and make data-led investment decisions.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design to align messaging with the customer journey.
