About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will guide store guests, acting as an expert on home furnishings to create inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products. You will help guests discover styles that reflect their lives and design rooms they will love. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial, focused, and ambitious sales professional with a passion for lifestyle retail who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
Maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk, engaging with guests.
Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIs and performance standards.
Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the US.
At least 18 years old.
Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Maintain reliable attendance.
