As a Charlotte Tilbury Retail Expert, you will be the heart of our stores and counters, responsible for empowering customers to be their most beautiful selves. You will combine expert artistry skills with product knowledge and a passion for building customer relationships, adapting your style to meet individual needs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
- Ideally some experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in beauty, retail, or FMCG.
- Ideally experience in applying makeup and adapting styles for different customers.
- Aspire to be part of a disruptive and growing beauty brand.
- Love the Charlotte Tilbury brand and be willing to promote it.
