About the Role
Welcome members into the branch, provide professional service, and sell deposit products, loan products, and convenient services. Attain Credit Union and Branch goals through active participation in sales programs. Interpret and process financial inquiries, account openings, loan originations, loan closings, loan disbursements, service requests, and transactions. Secure credit union assets, balance transactions, and complete necessary reports.

- Secure credit union assets, balance transactions, and complete necessary reports.
Requirements
- Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between 8:15am – 5:45pm and rotating Saturdays 8:45am – 1:15pm at the New Berlin Branch.
- An Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or two years of equivalent work experience.
- Two years of cash handling experience or experience serving and interacting with customers.
- Highly-developed interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to help people.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Good decision-making skills and judgement.
- Ability to perform calculations and proficiency in basic math skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and maintain accurate records.
- A professional and friendly appearance and demeanor.
- Compliance with TruStone Financial’s SAFE Act Policy, including fingerprint submission, FBI background check, and NMLS registration.
- Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
- Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

- $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
