About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual for low-threshold work with individuals facing substance-related issues. Our team in the drug consumption rooms is looking for committed support. The position offers a workload of 31.2 to 35.1 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with medical professionals
• Consultation on safer use topics
• Outreach and follow-up work

Requirements

• Completed degree in Social Work or comparable training is a prerequisite
• Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous professional development
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Intercultural consulting competence
• Willingness to perform outreach activities
• Accepting and open-minded basic attitude
• Professional experience is welcome but not a requirement

Salary/Compensations

• €49,000 - €57,500 gross per year for a full-time position
