About the Role

The FMS data analyst supports the administration of the system platform, provides user support, analyzes fleet management data, prepares KPI reports, and assists in the implementation of system developments.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze FMS data consistency, completeness, and correctness to ensure timely error correction by country offices.
  • Review processes and propose measures for improved FMS data quality.
  • Reconcile data from the Fleet Management System, GPS, and other sources to produce accurate reports.
  • Analyze and prepare readable KPI data reports for management and client countries.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of fleet performance indicators to enhance decision-making.
  • Align measures with data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead the automatization of processes using formulas and SQL in Excel and other applications.
  • Provide on and off-site FMS training for global users.
  • Perform unit and integrated testing of new, enhanced, or fixed code.
  • Assist in the release of IT applications and provide early life support.
  • Review and update system manuals.
  • Assist the Hub Manager and FMS Administrator with daily activities.

Requirements

  • Advanced University degree in business administration, engineering, data science, supply chain, or a similar field.
  • Minimum three years of relevant professional experience in data management, business analytics, and system design.
  • Experience in administering a fleet management system.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Intermediate knowledge of another official UN language.
