About the Role
We are looking to recruit 2 x London-based, part-time (4 days per week) support team members to provide dedicated support to Senior Managers and teams within the US Banks Division (USB) and European Overseas Banks Division (EOB). This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role within either division and would suit individuals looking to develop their skills and experience of working in busy office environments. The roles require initiative, the ability to prioritize workload, manage numerous tasks, and work effectively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage Senior Managers' diaries, including dealing with meeting requests and prioritizing meetings.
- Ensure Senior Managers receive necessary papers and information in advance of meetings.
- Monitor and chase compliance standards for the team, logging correspondence, and following up on reports.
- Arrange travel for Senior Managers and team members, including preparing itineraries and collating documents.
- Complete expenses on return following Bank guidelines.
- Provide cover for the Head of Division PA and wider ARTIS support team.
Requirements
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to work in a structured way to a high standard against tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and issues quickly and effectively.
- Self-starter who can operate proactively with limited guidance, using initiative to find solutions.
- Ability to build good working relationships and networks at all levels, internally and externally.
- High level of accuracy and good attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with a high degree of discretion, always maintaining confidentiality.

Salary/Compensations
- circa £27,000 - £29,000 (pro-rated for part-time hours)
