About the Role

We are looking for a person to actively shape our language and ensure that JACKS remains consistent, relevant, and approachable across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write compelling copy for all relevant marketing channels.
• Create content for newsletters, website, landing pages, product detail pages, performance ads, and print materials.
• Develop campaign messages, claims, and storytelling concepts that strengthen our brand and reach our target audience.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, E-Commerce, and Product Development.
• Ensure brand voice consistency across all touchpoints in collaboration with the Creative Director.
• Translate complex product and brand content into clear, emotional, and sales-driven messages.
• Seamlessly switch between emotional storytelling and conversion-oriented communication based on channel and objective.
• Analyze content performance and identify optimization potential.
• Combine creative ideas with commercial goals to support the sustainable growth of our brand.

Requirements

• At least two to three years of experience as a copywriter, content creator, or copywriter, ideally in the beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce sector.
• Excellent command of the German language and high text proficiency.
• Good English skills in speaking and writing.
• Experience in writing conversion-oriented texts.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, customer journeys, and different target audiences.
• Structured and independent way of working.
