About the Role

The Deutsch Skandinavische Gemeinschaftsschule is seeking a teacher for the Swedish branch of its cross-grade learning groups in the primary school. This position is available starting August 15, 2026, and can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team as a teacher for the Swedish branch of the cross-grade learning groups of the primary school.

Requirements

  • Experience with differentiated instruction and individual learning.
  • Ability to work at eye level with children and the team.
  • Interest in action- and project-oriented teaching and reform pedagogical approaches, with relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with bilingual/multilingual school concepts.
  • Native Swedish speaker or knowledge of the Swedish language and/or Scandinavian pedagogy.
  • Ideally, a degree in natural sciences or the ability to teach this subject area.
  • Experience in cross-grade teaching, if possible.
  • Strong team skills.
