About the Role

Consultant for hospital processes and digital health to support the introduction, optimization, and further development of EPIC solutions in the hospital environment. Analyze existing workflows, translate requirements into process and system concepts, and ensure digital solutions are successfully used in daily practice. Work at the interface of clinical operations, specialist departments, and IT to make processes more efficient, relieve users, and drive digital transformation in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Experience in the hospital environment, healthcare, or clinical/medical process management with practical knowledge of clinical workflows.
Initial exposure to EPIC or other hospital information systems (HIS/EHR), or a desire to deepen knowledge in these systems.
Basic technical interest and a desire to understand how digital systems and processes interact.
Structured and analytical approach with enjoyment in dissecting complex requirements.
Comfortable navigating between specialist departments and technical teams, with the ability to communicate content clearly.
Commitment to preparing requirements in a way that technical teams can work with efficiently.

Requirements

Experience in the hospital environment, healthcare, or clinical/medical process management with practical knowledge of clinical workflows.
Experience with EPIC or other hospital information systems (HIS/EHR), ideally in implementation, migration, or optimization projects.
Methodological competence in requirements engineering, process modeling, or agile working methods.
Utilize data, reports, and BI evaluations for fact-based process analysis and targeted improvement.
Navigate confidently between different stakeholders and communicate complex content clearly, structured, and appropriately for the audience.
Desire to actively contribute to the sustainable improvement of hospital processes in daily operations, not just analyze them.
