About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager for Mimco, you will oversee and drive store performance across all departments, working collaboratively to achieve sales and profitability targets. This role focuses on team training and development, identifying and nurturing future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and delivering an exceptional store experience.
• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
• Understand team strengths, opportunities, and development needs, setting clear plans for growth.
• Actively maintain a safe and well environment for team members and visitors.
