Oversee and drive store performance, working collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales and profitability targets. Focus on team training and development, identifying, supporting, and nurturing future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention.
