About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead clients, projects, and teams, combining strategic perspective with operational excellence. You will be responsible for integrated campaigns across all channels, ensuring our work consistently meets client goals. You will maintain an overview of complex projects, advise at eye level, present convincingly, and build trust with clients, the team, and creatives. You will also actively contribute, take responsibility, and ensure that good ideas are successfully implemented.

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for one of our most important client accounts – strategically, operationally, and economically.
Development and implementation of integrated, culturally relevant campaigns for global brands.
Leadership and further development of the account team and ensuring excellent client consulting.
Management of complex projects and campaigns from strategic development to successful implementation.
Building trusting relationships with clients and positioning as a strategic sparring partner at eye level.
Identification and development of growth opportunities within the account.
Resource and capacity planning for team and freelancers.
Further development of processes, structures, and working methods to promote efficiency, quality, and sustainable growth.
Responsibility for budget planning, forecasts, and the economic management of the account.
Close collaboration with the leads of our disciplines – from creation and strategy to operations and production.

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in business, marketing, media, or a comparable field.
6-8 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with several years of experience in a creative, communications, or design agency.
At least 4 years of experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of teams of different seniority levels.
Demonstrable experience in holistic client consulting and in strategic and operational project management.
Ability to build and develop trusting relationships with clients, teams, and interdisciplinary stakeholders.
Confidence in creating and presenting concepts, strategies, and client presentations.
Experience in budget planning and economic management of projects; knowledge in financial planning or controlling is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a structured way of working.
Experience in managing productions, events, and integrated campaigns.
Hands-on mentality combined with a high degree of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking.
Excellent communication skills and fluent German and English.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client appointments, productions, and events.
Interest in brands, culture, and trends in the automotive, lifestyle, fashion, and design sectors.
