About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager (m/f/d) who combines strong client leadership with excellent project management. You will be responsible for integrated campaigns across various channels, building trusting client relationships, and ensuring successful project realization from briefing to completion. You work in a structured, proactive, and hands-on manner, maintaining an overview even with complex projects. You will collaborate closely with clients, interdisciplinary teams, and external partners.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for the operational management and successful implementation of client projects and campaigns.
Leading daily client communication and ensuring excellent client service.
Managing integrated campaigns from planning to execution.
Coordinating interdisciplinary teams as well as external partners and service providers.
Support with budget planning, timings, and project management.
Identification of potential for further development and expansion of existing client relationships.

Requirements

4–6 years of professional experience in a creative, communications, or design agency.
Experience in client consulting and managing integrated campaigns.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Confident demeanor and strong communication and presentation skills.
Structured, independent, and hands-on work style.
Very good German and English language skills.
Interest in brands, culture, and trends in the lifestyle, fashion, design, and automotive sectors.
