About the Role

This is a fixed-term opportunity ending in April 2027, focused on enabling team member development within the Country Road Group's lifestyle and brand strategy. The role emphasizes building meaningful connections and driving collaboration and fun.

Responsibilities

• Use available data and reports to identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business and the customer.
• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience.
• Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
• Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group.
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing.
• Build and maintain the store roster, ensuring the roster is compliant and balances the needs of the customer and team.
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play in delivering.
• Role model CRG values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills in delivering an exceptional customer and team experience.
• Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters.

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
