About the Role

CAA is seeking a Product Manager to join the IT organization to support the company's global expansion in the sports and entertainment industry. This role focuses on delivering intuitive technology products that drive productivity for clients, agents, executives, and business partners across the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of products, business domains, and workflows.
• Manage products from vision to launch and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with other product managers to ensure alignment across product lines.
• Participate in the cross-functional SAFe Agile Release Train as a Feature Owner and Product Owner.
• Contribute to planning intervals and support alignment across product teams.
• Engage in ART ceremonies including PO Sync and PI Planning.
• Support knowledge sharing and peer collaboration within the product team.
• Contribute to broader business and IT initiatives supporting company growth.
• Create product roadmaps and collaborate with business leaders and engineering teams.
• Orchestrate engineering work throughout the development cycle.
• Work with UX/UI design teams to create intuitive product experiences.
• Coordinate with corporate stakeholders to ensure compliance, data privacy, financial, and HR requirements are met.
• Utilize user research and feedback to validate product hypotheses.
• Work with the Service Delivery team to elicit input on new features.
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize opportunities with the most business impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management across the digital product life cycle.
• 2+ years of experience working with Scaled Agile practices and Scrum-based teams.
• Strong experience in Jira, Confluence, and Github.
• Proficiency with Chrome developer tools or similar for testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience handling sensitive company information and data security.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new business domains and workflows.
