Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services for ESG strategy development, ESG disclosure, and climate risk assessment, including ESG due diligence.
- Manage and interpret evolving disclosure standards such as TCFD, SFDR, TNFD, SBTi, and ISSB.
- Understand client companies' ESG strategies, develop necessary work plans, and assemble internal and external resources for projects.
- Assess the ESG performance of specific properties and propose solutions to bridge any gaps.
- Drive project execution with a team, creating, presenting, and delivering deliverables for client strategy development.
- Conduct technical building assessments, including Net Zero Carbon and Energy audits.
- Investigate building management practices for energy, water, and waste.
- Gather and synthesize information for assessments, including on-site inspections.
- Analyze data, propose efficiency measures, and prepare reports.
- Advise on energy performance during design and construction phases for new, development, and renovation projects from the client's perspective.
- Manage sustainability data, including energy, water, and waste, in accordance with regulations like the Energy Conservation Act and GRESB.
- Oversee the collection of supporting documents (e.g., invoices) from stakeholders and track input into standardized formats and tools.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and present findings to clients.
- Offer technical advice and consulting for green building certifications like LEED, WELL, Fitwel, and CASBEE.
- Manage diverse stakeholders, including clients, project managers, design/construction teams, and building operators, ensuring alignment with cost and schedule.
- Oversee risk and quality management for projects, including report and submission preparation and presentations.
- Undertake new and innovative sustainability-related services beyond the core areas, such as participating in municipal business attraction projects and visualizing the economic value of ESG investments.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge related to real estate, facilities, building equipment, and building management.
- Practical experience in energy conservation diagnosis, implementation of energy-saving measures, and regular reporting under the Energy Conservation Act.
- Technical knowledge of green building certifications.
- Experience collaborating with overseas branches.
- Meeting facilitation and problem-solving abilities.
