Responsibilities

  • Build and improve digital products that scale to millions.
  • Apply modern engineering practices like TDD, pair programming, and CI/CD.
  • Apply systems thinking and contribute to technical design.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, retros, and engineering community events.
  • Continuously learn through hackathons, knowledge-sharing sessions, and our onboarding academy.
  • Collaboration with engineers, product managers, designers.

Requirements

  • Full stack developers with experience in modern languages like Kotlin, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Angular, NodeJS), Golang, Python.
  • Experience working in relational and non-relational data bases like MySQL, DynamoDB, etc.
  • Have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerised infrastructure (Kubernetes).
  • Embrace XP practices and are open to learning and contributing to a strong engineering culture.
  • Strong product mindset, with experience collaborating closely with cross-functional product teams and a strong focus on the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications/frameworks with basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.
  • Be NSW residents or in the process of relocating to NSW.
  • Hold appropriate working rights for the type of employment offered - Fixed Term roles require valid work rights for the full duration of the role.
