About the Role
The primary responsibility of the Attendant is to provide client-facing support for valet parking, Electric Vehicles (EVs) management, and driving operations. This includes greeting customers, parking and retrieving vehicles, answering questions, and driving employees and guests. Additional duties may include providing directions, assisting with traffic control, performing key audits, and completing reports.
Responsibilities
- Greet incoming and outgoing customers in a friendly, welcoming manner.
- Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely.
- Answer customer questions professionally.
- Drive employees and guests to and from designated areas.
- Provide directions on available parking.
- Assist in providing traffic control.
- Perform hourly and daily key audits.
- Complete and distribute reports.
- Maintain station operations.
- Update Valet and EV charging logs.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Anticipate and facilitate customer needs.
- Manage cash, valet tickets, ticketless technology systems, keys, and equipment.
- Assist in completing hourly and daily activity logs.
- Safely operate, ride, rebalance, and secure bicycles for customers.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- Accommodate a flexible work schedule.
- Report data and execute other duties with minimal direction.
- Perform outdoor concierge/customer service duties.
- Safely perform valet parking and EV services.
- Manage EV charging stations.
- Operate customer and company vehicles in accordance with traffic regulations and company policies.
- Provide hands-on EV training as needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Must have 3 years of driving experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with no accidents or 2-point driving infractions in the last 5 years.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to communicate in a positive manner with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
- Work effectively on a team and independently to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain EV operations.
- Maintain Vehicle Driving Operations.
- Recommend procedures that increase efficiency and maximize throughput for charging.
- Accommodate a flexible work schedule, including different times and locations.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Must possess a cell phone and email account.
- Must have reliable means of transportation to work.
- Punctual with a good attendance record.
