About the Role
The Partner Marketing Manager for the AMER region will act as a bridge between the brand and diverse sales channels, driving growth through strategic collaboration. This role involves managing co-marketing initiatives, fostering partner relationships, and executing campaigns to strengthen the company's presence in industrial and professional markets.
Responsibilities
- Establish and foster relationships with go-to-market teams of strategic global and regional partners.
- Design, plan, and execute joint campaigns including webinars, workshops, product launches, and trade shows.
- Develop marketing assets such as blog posts, social media updates, use cases, case studies, and videos.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience across partner touchpoints and landing pages.
- Partner with Sales and Training teams to provide distributors with necessary tools and collateral.
- Track and report on marketing KPIs and provide ROI analysis to leadership.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests for partner-led digital activities.
- Manage the regional partner marketing budget and draft yearly plans.
- Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews and support account managers.
- Coordinate the yearly Partner Conference and oversee partner onboarding for events.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations.
- Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations.
- High school diploma with 7+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Partner Marketing or Channel Marketing.
- Native or fluent proficiency in English.
- Deep understanding of the AMER technology landscape and distribution channels.
- Ability to operate effectively across different time zones in AMER and EMEA regions.
