About the Role
Lead the technical delivery of the Client Services and Billing System (FFS) program, driving a strategic shift to modernise billing and service delivery. This role enables automation, improved data capture, and supports activity-based billing while strengthening financial controls, compliance, and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of the Client Services and Billing System (FFS) program.
- Oversee multiple streams within this enterprise-wide project, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, technology roadmaps, and compliance requirements.
- Provide strategic leadership in delivering the FFS project.
- Guide teams and partners to achieve outcomes that support Red Cross’ humanitarian mission.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to influence priorities, manage interdependencies, and ensure successful execution of enterprise-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both technical and business stakeholders and resources.
- Substantial experience (Ideally 5+ years) in managing complex, high-value IT projects and programs, including end-to-end planning, development, and execution across multiple streams.
- Demonstrated skills in developing and maintaining enterprise-level project management artefacts, including integrated schedules, governance plans, budgets, and executive reporting.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, customers and other service departments.
- Proven proficiency in Jira/Confluence, MS Project and MS Office, including MS Visio.
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal IT teams, overseas consultants, external vendors, and solution partners.
