About the Role
Partner with venue owners, operators, and bartenders to drive growth across a world-class portfolio in a premium CBD territory. Negotiate listings, activate brand experiences, and manage the territory like your own business.
Responsibilities
- Own, grow and optimise a portfolio of on-premise customers
- Win new business and secure placements in key venues
- Build and execute innovative promotional and activation plans
- Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develop strong, trusted partnerships with venue decision-makers
- Bring brands to life through impactful in-venue experiences
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in FMCG, beverage, or hospitality
- Strong understanding of the on-premise environment
- Commercial mindset with a drive to win and grow
- Confidence in building relationships and influencing outcomes
- Passion for spirits, cocktails, and the hospitality scene
- RSA & full driver’s licence
