About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Administration Officer to join our Enfield team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing operation where you will play a key role supporting daily business functions and operational administration.
Responsibilities
- Managing POD returns, document control and record management
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and general accounts administration
- Assisting with P&L reporting, cost tracking and financial administration support
- Data entry and maintaining accurate operational and financial records
- Coordinating customer accounts and responding to client enquiries
- Supporting internal auditing, compliance and reporting requirements
- Assisting the operational team with day-to-day administrative support
- Maintaining management information systems and reporting databases
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, drivers, customers and suppliers
- Ensuring company systems, procedures and compliance standards are met
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across administration processes
Requirements
- Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to accounts administration, purchase orders or finance support functions
- Understanding of P&L support, reconciliations or operational cost tracking highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems
- Transport and logistics industry experience highly regarded
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar qualification desirable
- Full Australian working rights
