About the Role

Act as a first point of contact for landlord and internal lease administration queries, support rent processes, and maintain lease information in systems.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for landlord and internal lease administration queries
  • Support rent processes including turnover rent, invoicing and sales data collection
  • Maintain and update lease information in systems (e.g. setups, amendments and accuracy)
  • Assist in resolving lease, invoice and data discrepancies
  • Support contract execution, document tracking and standard document control processes
  • Ensure lease data accuracy through regular checks (e.g. key dates, rent terms)
  • Provide lease information to accounting to support accurate and timely payments
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to improving processes and ways of working

Requirements

  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field (or working towards)
  • Experience within Property, Leasing or Real Estate, or transferable experience in office administration with a strong accounting foundation.
  • Experience supporting contract management or document handling
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured and organised way of working
  • Comfortable working with numbers and basic financial or lease-related data
  • Confident using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Clear communication with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
  • Proactive and reliable, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
  • Analytical and methodical, with an interest in improving processes and accuracy
