About the Role
Join our General Medicine team to help biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies transform breakthrough science into new medical treatments. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate global project team efforts across Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and scope of work to maintain profitability.
- Oversee project task completion in compliance with standard processes, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as the primary customer liaison and chair project team meetings.
- Support Business Development through proposal development and presentations.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to generate new and add-on business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, biological, or science-related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty pharma industry.
- Experience with project-level budget, finance, and costing.
- Experience managing complex trials, multiple phases, and full project lifecycles.
- In-depth knowledge of dermatology therapeutic areas and protocols.
- Global project experience is preferred.
