About the Role

Join our General Medicine team to help biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies transform breakthrough science into new medical treatments. You will play a vital role in delivering medical innovation to patients while benefiting from a supportive environment that prioritizes professional growth and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate global project team efforts across Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and scope of work to maintain profitability.
• Oversee project task completion in compliance with standard processes, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison and chair project team meetings.
• Support Business Development through proposal development and presentations.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to generate new and add-on business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, biological, or science-related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty pharma industry.
• Experience with project-level budget, finance, and costing.
• Experience managing complex trials, multiple phases, and full project lifecycles.
• In-depth knowledge of dermatology therapeutic areas and protocols.
• Global project experience is preferred.
