About the Role
Oversees all aspects of sales engineering, sales effectiveness, solution design, deal support, and VBC capital administration. Enhances the company’s market position and value proposition by leading a team of SMEs in data analytics, payments, financial modeling, and deal operations. Drives key analysis and reporting to maximize operational leverage and support aggressive growth.
Responsibilities
- Setting strategy and direction for identifying and curating potential health system, IPA, Switcher, and network targets.
- Leading, coordinating, and assigning deal support/customization for key accounts to Sales Engineers.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to inform segment-specific campaigns and share learnings.
- Evaluating ACO performance and assessing ROI and sales performance using Salesforce CRM and other tools.
- Identifying and leading strategic initiatives based on market events and competitive intelligence.
- Establishing, monitoring, and enforcing rigorous SLAs for complex deal modeling while driving a self-service model for standard opportunities.
- Directing the internal SEE roadmap to pioneer tool enhancements, automate data-model workflows, and optimize user experience.
- Hiring, coaching, developing, and mentoring a team of 3+ SMEs.
- Attending cross-functional team meetings with GLT to ensure collaboration and teamwork.
- Coordinating SME participation in external prospect and client-facing meetings.
- Counseling senior sales talent and leadership on complex deals and named accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of progressive working experience
- 5+ years of relevant sales, operations, and/or sales management experience working in healthcare and with healthcare providers
- Experience evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approaches
- Proven ability to identify, position, develop, lead and retain multiple levels of experience, talented people focused on rapid speed of growth and flawless execution of strategy.
- Proven track record of success as a sales leader exemplified by national rankings
- Salesforce expertise

- Willing to travel by car or plane as needed up to 10%
