About the Role

This senior design role drives the strategic direction and delivery of intuitive software experiences using Human-Centered Design principles. You will optimize user journeys, solve complex UX problems, and collaborate with global product and engineering teams to support an evolving product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to define design feasibility and product strategy.
• Provide guidance on high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with customers and sales teams to identify pain points and product vision.
• Lead the strategic governance and evolution of the internal Design System.
• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing emerging technologies.
• Articulate design vision and rationale to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor products and industry trends.
• Apply research findings to drive strategic decisions and Lean UX Canvas completion.
• Lead evaluative user testing and usability studies.
• Ensure all design solutions meet WCAG 2.1+ accessibility standards.

Requirements

• Extensive progressive experience in UX/UI Design in a product-led organization.
• Proven experience applying Human-Centered Design methodology throughout the product lifecycle.
• Experience leading user testing, usability studies, and Lean UX Canvas validation.
• Demonstrated experience designing to meet WCAG accessibility standards.
• Expert proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Ability to conduct customer research and map insights to design hypotheses.
• Experience working across matrix organizations to solve UX challenges.
• Strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills.
