About the Role

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, ensuring a fast and friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store associate activities, ensuring effective performance and excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient sales floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Manages the opening or closing process, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partners with store leadership in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance, including garbage removal, cleaning, and stock room organization.
• Additional responsibilities determined by the Store Manager based on store needs.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts and travel.
• Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time.
