About the Role
The Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a hybrid role responsible for customer interaction, sales, and entry-level vehicle services, serving as a pipeline for future career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers by assessing needs and recommending appropriate products/services.
- Perform entry-level vehicle services including oil changes, tire services, and fluid checks.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through thorough and timely service completion.
- Assist with store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and display maintenance.
- Support store management and potentially act as Manager-On-Duty.
- Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between customer-facing and service tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid automobile driver's license.
- Customer service and career growth mindset.
- Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
- Ability to learn and operate store systems.
