About the Role
Lead high-impact estate planning and probate matters from intake to final resolution with the full support of our marketing and administrative engine.
Responsibilities
- Drive complex probate litigation, including non-contested and contested guardianships, conservatorships, and trust disputes.
- Represent clients in Texas probate courts during will contests and breaches of fiduciary duty.
- Conduct legal research, handle depositions and mediations, and approve or draft estate plans.
- Help families navigate wealth preservation and their toughest transitions with results-driven, empathetic representation.
Requirements
- A valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in Texas estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters (5+ years preferred).
- Strong courtroom presence for contested matters.
- Ability to manage a busy docket with care and composure.
- Experienced in drafting comprehensive trusts, wills, pleadings, and structures with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, or similar drafting and client management software.
