About the Role

This internship focuses on transforming how work is done within the People Operations team by automating manual processes, redesigning systems, and building a more structured and scalable operational model using AI and workflows. You will identify inefficiencies and build solutions to automate repetitive tasks, design new support models, and create systems for increased speed and consistency. This role requires bringing structure to ambiguity and driving solutions forward at the intersection of technical execution, operations, and human workflows. The minimum term for this internship is 12 months.

Responsibilities

Build the infrastructure layer that connects systems and supports team operations.
Design and implement automation across systems and workflows.
Translate operational needs into structured, buildable systems.
Develop internal HR products to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
Help define and build a new support model that reduces manual work and replaces reactive processes.
Identify fragmented work and implement solutions.
Contribute to shaping team operations by introducing new ways of working enabled by AI and automation.

Requirements

Ability to design, build, and iterate on end-to-end workflows across multiple systems.
Ability to build automation that reduces manual work and improves consistency.
Experience integrating tools using APIs, webhooks, or similar approaches.
Ability to translate operational problems into technical solutions and working prototypes.
Comfort working across multiple tools and selecting the right approach for the problem.
Strong execution mindset with the ability to quickly learn new systems and apply them effectively.
Applicant must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
Offer may be contingent upon citizenship/permanent residency status or ability to obtain prior license approval from the U.S. Commerce Department or applicable federal agency due to U.S. export laws.
