About the Role

We are seeking a commercially-minded, experienced Building Surveyor to join our forward-thinking London based office. This is a unique opportunity to undertake TDD surveys and construction monitoring services across a wide band of assets within the UK and across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Undertake TDD surveys and construction monitoring services across a wide band of assets within the UK and across Europe.
• Carry out TDD reports & schedules of dilapidations.

Requirements

• RICS preferred.
• Client-facing with the soft skills required to develop client relationships.
• Willing to travel.
• Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone.
• Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen.
• Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift.
