About the Role
The FTI Network Assurance Manager (NAM) serves as the primary contact for FTI Operational Services and Provisioning within their designated geographic area. This role involves regular engagement with FAA local and regional management, coordinating efforts with teammates, and acting as a liaison between L3Harris and the FAA. The position requires reviewing procedures, identifying issues and solutions, and being available for critical, 24x7 service-related escalations. Experience managing large telecommunications implementation projects is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Meet with the Government and review operations, deployment, and service results.
- Provide management and direction to field teams and advise the management team.
- Proactively review service performance and procedures with the Government quarterly.
- Coordinate and oversee all field activities for operations and deployment to ensure National Airspace sustainment.
- Coordinate internal and external contractor efforts.
- Serve as the single point of contact for FTI service matters within the assigned geographic area.
- Coordinate efforts to isolate and repair chronic troubles.
- Identify problem areas and resolutions.
- Visit Government facilities and respond to deployment and/or operational service problems.
- Investigate formal complaints, formulate action plans, and initiate them.
- Assess provided service and identify potential issues that could lead to formal complaints.
- Coordinate service provisioning activities, including progress and schedules for new and modified services.
- Provide detailed failure analysis reports for specific service outages.
- Obtain a FAA Public Trust Security Clearance.
Requirements
- Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and/or local US State REAL ID equivalent and a satisfactory driving record.
Skills
- Experience working with Federal Government contracts (FAA is an added plus).
- Experience in telecommunications.
- Experience in program and/or project management.
- Experience in Telecommunications Provisioning, Maintenance and Customer Service.
- Experience with an Inter-exchange Carrier such as AT&T, Lumen, etc. and/or experience working with a Local Exchange Carrier such as AT&T Local, Frontier, Verizon, etc.
- Experience managing and leading a field force of technicians for operations, deployment, maintenance, and customer service.
- Strong customer service background (customer service with the FAA is an added plus).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.

Salary/Compensations
- $88,000 - $164,000 in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas.
- $76,500 – $141,500 in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont.
- Final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
