About the Role
We are seeking a sharp, resourceful FP&A Analyst to own financial models, provide business insights, and leverage AI tools to drive strategic decision-making in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain driver-based ARR forecast models and platform-level forecasting
- Prepare data for system uploads
- Build and maintain dynamic working capital and cash flow forecasts
- Perform customer and cohort analytics including churn and expansion analysis
- Conduct variance analysis and provide narrative commentary for executive and board audiences
- Provide rapid-turnaround ad hoc analysis for leadership
- Leverage AI tools to draft summaries, refine model logic, and produce presentation-ready outputs
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in SaaS FP&A
- Experience working with the three financial statements
- Strong foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Ability to work independently and own planning cycles end-to-end
- Ability to work from a state or province where Nylas is registered as an employer
