About the Role
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will support our client’s suite of products and services, providing tailored product/service options to meet customer needs. This role involves connecting with customers, analyzing their needs, and offering customized solutions. We are looking for an agile, self-driven individual with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build rapport and deliver consistent results.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers from coast-to-coast.
- Conduct outbound calls for customer retention, sales, and services.
- Promote and recommend the latest products and services to customers on outbound sales queues.
- Manage call flows, provide first call resolution, and satisfy customer expectations.
- Understand customer situations and needs while providing customized solutions.
- Educate customers on products and services to create demand and execute business strategies that meet or exceed financial objectives.
- Meet key performance indicators.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and expand sales opportunities.
- Take accountability and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Accurately resolve customer questions with a high level of professionalism.
- Accurately document customer interactions within the appropriate systems.
- Communicate effectively to customers regarding account information, products, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain a high level of competition and product knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Perform other job tasks as required.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Care, Retention, Inbound Sales, or Outbound Sales is an asset.
- A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- An ability to build rapport with customers.
- An ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
- High-speed internet with a minimum 30mb/s download and 10mb/s upload speeds (No Satellite Internet).
- A private physical space free of distraction, large enough for a PC and Monitor, near a router or modem.
- Must be connected via Ethernet port, not Wi-Fi.
- Ability to download and use the Google Authenticator app.
- Must have iOS 11 or Android version 10 (or newer).
